Is there a fast way to get going with warming up email servers,, I want to get started tomorrow emailing a bunch of clients. I know personal gmails allow for like 500 a day or something, but probably need to be warmed up as well.

What's the FASTEST way to warm up email servers so as to start warming up clients to then cold call them (luke warm after an email sequence)

how many emails are you going to send per day & which ESP you're using?
not sure about how many per day, i'm thinking like 2,000 but if i can find a decent list or scrape a bunch (just re-activating my ol scrapebox license i think this is lifetime no?) probably more.

i mean even 500 in a day would be nice to start, just to warm up some leads to call (might hit em with sms as well)

I'm not sure about email service provider. if you have suggestions please let me know. I just have domains from namecheap, and a severely limited budget but I'm ready to get this going with the email blasts.

let me know any suggestions for stacks

Send emails to your own addresses. Open them all. If you have over 100, that would be good enough.
over 100 what, over 100 email addresses? can it be to domain addresses and not major providers like gmails? (like having a namecheap domain forward to a catch-all email address in gmail or something lol, assuming not)

Having tried and tested it, NO.

You would want a mix of the major ESPs including Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, AOL, Yahoomail, and sprinkle some custom domain emails in between.

Here is the thing, most businesses or custom domain emails are hosted on GMX which is basically like Gmail or at least they are using some major providers if not Gmail server in my experience. Though this may be different for you.

But the point is even custom domain emails are running on such major providers' server. So it always make sense to add at least 70% of the major ESPs to your warmup plan.

What you train with is what your setup inherits in the long run and that determines the success and reputation of the setup. If the data sample is shit, the end result most prolly gonna be shit.

You need to gradually increase the volume of emails you send over several days and weeks following a schedule.

I have a automation software Muzzler for sending emails its abit expensive goes for $720 per year and you get addons for auto mail generating and some mail templete.

I suggest you to use G Suite setup every single records properly...

Then send test emails to the major ESPs including Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yhaoo/AOL, If you have any other ESP use it to send tests email. Use subject and body that you're going to use in your actual campaign.

After that start sending emails to your actual list (This is the only way to warmup):
Day 1 = 10
Day 2 = 30
Day 3 = 70
Day 4 = 120
Day 5 = 200
Day 6 = 340
Day 7 = 480

If you're going to send more then 50k email send it in batches of 7k-8k-15k.

@madeinheaven2 I have a very different approach to warming up IPs and Cold Email Servers. I usually setup an open-source mailbox like iredmail, mailinabox, stalwart etc. Connect it to instantly and let it run for 20-30 days. The IP is automatically warmed up by their software.

Some cases, I use other SaaS tools like Mailshake, Voilanorbert (now has an email sequence tool as well) and Pipl.ai - Combined I easily get a nice volume of like 500-1000 warmup emails sent and I just send 10 cold emails per day per mailbox (I have over 500 mailboxes making the effective cold emails sent to 5000 mails per day)

Some of our IPs have superb scores in sender score this way.

I just made this account just to reply to you. Thank you for sharing this, this is the type of content that should be posted more often, thanks again you just helped me solve a problem I had :)

I have a question though when you say you made over 500 mailboxes, did you buy 500 domains and made 1 mailbox per domain or are these 500 mailboxes all on 1 domain?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, does Mailinabox allow the creation of mailboxes? I'm new to this but I think what you posted helped me solve my problem.

We have around 100 domains each has 5 mailboxes thats how we have 500 mailboxes.

You can send emails from all accounts to yourself and open/ reply to them

This works too but not efficiently as compared to cold email tools like instantly or pipl because of the warmup pool.

You can only make a handful of emails for yourself. They got thousands of emails to warmup in their email pool.

How do you create these Mailboxes? Especially since you are working with a huge number.

Just so I understand correctly you are creating your own server using mailinabox then create 100s of mailboxes and add those to instantly and multiple warmup tools so that your server gets warmed up from those tools for 30 days then you send 10 emails only per mailbox. So you get a warmed up server with great inbox rate and sender score. I understood correctly?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes thats right Deleted member 2025868. How do we create emails - a normal google sheet and pabbly integration and Mailinabox API can create 1000 mailboxes in < 5 minutes

I need to look more into this and I have no clue what that is haha
I want to create multiple mailboxes like you and looking at Workspace prices it would cost a fortune just on mailboxes, that is why I asked.

Mail In a Box comes with an API for advanced usage. You just need to send post requests to your mailinabox server for creating a mailbox. That request can be generated from anywhere like a Google Sheet/ an application.
