I test the residential proxies per ip. The proxies were good but I need to add a precision on residential proxies cost per ip to prevent other customers from being misled. it is the cost for using once a ip so if you use it one time it is finished. if you use 100 ips one time it is finished. it is not like regular cost/ip where you have unlimited data but a defined numbers of ips.

Thank you for using our proxies and for your valuable suggestions. Building on your input, I will further explain the definition of the Residential Proxies-IP package. This is a dynamic residential proxy package that charges based on IP usage. In other words, you are only allowed to access a specific number of IPs and pay for each proxy IP used. As IPs are consumed, the corresponding IP count will be deducted. Each IP lasts for 5 to 60 minutes. The package is valid for 90 days (this refers to the validity of the package, not the duration of the IPs themselves). If you need to retain the same proxy IP for an extended period, you will need to purchase a static residential proxy.

After 90 days, your proxy will be in a "paused" state, and any unused IPs will remain in your account until you recharge. The unused balance will carry over to the new plan, and the validity period will restart from the first day of your recharge.

The above is an explanation of dynamic residential proxies charged by IP usage, which I hope can help users better understand and clarify any confusion.

For Residential Proxies-GB and Unlimited, you get a new IP with every request and an option to choose session length from 5 to 180 minutes, and after the time is up auto-rotate. For Residential Proxies-IP, if it is via API, the IP will stay alive for 60 minutes by default, and if it is via username/password, you can choose a session length of your choice (between 5 to 60 minutes). Plus, there’s an option for “auto-rotate”; please refer to the user guide for details:
