I looked into this in the past when I had access to a few wealthy potential investors. Long story short, unless you have access to millions of dollars in startup capital, you will go bankrupt quickly. If you don't understand cash flow volatility, you'll go bankrupt even faster. Even if you can manage all of that, it's always a challenge to gain and retain players. Why would someone choose your online casino when there are hundreds of other sites offering the exact same games? If you can't figure that out, the operating costs will eat your business alive.

true , i think he got the opportunity in that time because he was talking with peoplle that moved a lot of money with OF agencys and invested into that that went well but nowadays its easier to promote casinos u just need to find the perfect influencer
 
OP asked a question about something like a rug pull casino like "Cs go skins roulette" (almost all are rigged).

It's not about a real casino where you invite people, dealers and it's like a party of businessmen from all around the world where the majority of audience is 40+. Nothing like that.

A typical rug pull style casino you can build for less than $1000 using some scripts from Envato / a freelancer.

What else do you want? If your goal is $300 per day, nobody will ever find out about it.

I would not worry below $100k turnover a day.

Just start it. You can advertise is easily with PPC, YouTube, Instagram and Telegram. Promise easy riches.

Do you want to scam people though? It's what it is about.

He's bullshitting you at best and I knew many people like that. They know nothing, are nothing and think that money makes them.

They're getting delusional at certain point and they start to make up stories in their mind about their "success". Most of them are just scammers with serious mental problems and misunderstanding that money is just hyper-inflated paper.

If you want to run a CS:GO roulette style casino, the hardest is marketing. But you don't need to do it, you can just find affiliate offers. Focus on marketing and testing on YouTube, Instagram etc.

The problem is, what if you get comfortable, that stuff stops working? You're left with nothing and will become homeless most likely. Well, once you become homeless and spend 6 months in prison, it might humble you.

There is a lot of work in many areas for this project, but if you guys have the skills to multitask, it's possible to succeed with just a few people.

Many rug-pull casino or coin scam are created by just one person, but those are only short-term projects
The most important is how to drive traffic
For a no-scam casino u already need at least 3 people just for live support.
 
I believe it is not difficult to set up a casino, but it is difficult to get accepted by a bank/payment processor and promote your website.
 
I build casino websites on Laravel + NPM + NodeJS and I had some of them in the past , yes there is a lot of money.
But to become Legit (Legal) it is Haaaard!

I got a casino developed over the last 2 year which cost me $300k+. I got told and initially thought it will take 2 months & $50k. Definitely a lot of money to be made there, that's why there are thousands of casinos out there. Now due to the high development cost, I have to work on quiet low budget.

So if you know have the ability to drive traffic for casinos, I'd be down to partner up. Could set up a new brand within a week or two. HMU
 
It is the Turkish mafia who do this in Europe. If you don't have acquaintances from the Turkish mafia, your job is very difficult. One day they will surely come and find you.
 
If you mean live games and slots. Is it easy? If you are going to build it by yourself then it would be so hard and super expensive. If you are going for a already built solution it's easy. You don't need even a Team to make One just ask the provider and It's far less expensive than building it from the scratch!
