What is the refund policy?

You are eligable for a refund in the following scenario:
- refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase
- payment method is credit card or paypal
- usage is below 10gb for datacenter / isp / ipv6 proxies
- usage is below 100mb for residential proxies

Under any other circumstances, we do not provide refunds.
