Njalla Domains Block

Dear BHW members

Today was my turn.
Njalla simply suspended my account and changed the Nameservers of all domains.
Apparently it's something normal there, I just needed to do a little research and I saw that this happens to a lot of people.
I'm trying to transfer the domains to another registrar.I will update here when I have news.
Be careful where you register your domains.
 
Advertise on BHW
avoid registerring domains with Njalla, even your legit domains too. They are real owners of your domain (leagally) and can takeover control of your domains anytime without reason, as many users have commented on various forums including BHW.

Solid advice there about steering clear of Njalla for domain registration. Trust is key, especially when it comes to something as crucial as this.
 
If you run a 100% legal site, why don't you share the details of your site?

They only work like a DMCA-ignored domain provider, If you run adult or illegal stuff, they may suspend your account. I know a site that makes more than $20K a month and has been using njal.la for years without any issue. People who post negative reviews about them are the ones who didn't read their T&C and tried to publish illegal stuff.

There are plenty of examples on the forum of people that did not violate they T&C and they still suspended their domain. Granted that they might not now all of the laws of each country but thats just one thing. Their support is probably some of the worst support i have ever seen on the internet. I would highly recommend to not deal with them.

If I wish to run a white hat site, I'll rather choose a regular domain registrar like namecheap or porkbun than njal.la.


People who use njal.la are not genuine in majority.


Last but not least, njalla allowed users to transfer the domains after suspended their accounts. A fraud company would never allow transfers if it really wants to steal the customers' domains.

The issue is not DMCA related at all.

They simply blocked the entire account, I even have corporate emails associated with important accounts like Paypal that I no longer have access to, the reason for blocking is ridiculous. In the future I will give more updates on the subject, I am trying to get them to provide the transfer codes to move to a conventional registrar, where I should have registered from the beginning.
They are making a nightmare for me for no plausible reason.

So far they have not allowed us to move the domains, they have taken away our access to the transfer codes.
I'm trying to get them to give me access to the transfer codes.
As soon as I have news on the subject I will update it here.
Note: As said before some of domains are corporate domains associated with company with very important emails.

from my experience, they will not give you an access to transfer your domain again
just get a new one then

Please check the forum. There are plenty of examples of people that did not get the chance to transfer their domains away because their support did not answer.
 
If you are going to build a legal website, you can choose name.com. I own a lot of domains and have been using them for years and have never encountered any problems.
 
yep, no doubt hes a POS scammer
you probably wont get your domain back, he will simply bank it and probably gets pleasure out of suspending domains
