Result after 7-14 days, assuming you have great content and everything in check.

I'm surprised at how often page load speed is underestimated, considering that it's a fundamental pillar of ranking.

Why? Negative Cycle!

Visitors often leave your site in the first few seconds = higher bounce rates and less time on pages.
It also means your pages do not deliver what the visitors want and hurt your Google trust score.

So your ranking either drops or stays low.

What message do you want to send to Google?
Your site is of such low quality that visitors constantly choose to leave it!

Check your site speed with this simple tool.

Do you think with 70 you are good? No, you are not!
Don't settle for average! Defeat your competitors on every field!

Take those 3 minutes and your site may do x2-3 its traffic next week.

Follow the simple steps below and your speed score will look like this:

Have been using WP Rocket for a long time now. It can indeed speed up your site.

Premium version is shared on this forum.

I would prefer FlyingPress over WP Rocket every day of the week.

Not saying WP Rocket is bad but it lacks effectiveness in certain very critical aspects of page speed optimization, like:
  • Dealing with background images
  • Font optimization
  • CSS delivery optimization

Sheesh, they're all the issues killing my websites load speeds - I'm going to look into this;

another issue is the amount of CSS warring with my customizations, I can imagine how a browser feels trying to load my bombshell.
Thanks Roger, thanks OP!

Performance went from 73 to 98

i was using the free version of litespeed cache before,

Thanks for this share bro

Yes you are right that's why I use 2 other plugins in combo with wp rocket (I will make a guide as well).

Because those 3 do their job much more efficiently than all the other "all in one" plugin.

Looking forward to reading the full guide. My website still needs some tweaking as I'm still not reaching the full 100. There is an improvement after the switch though. What other plugins do you use and could you share your full settings?

thanks for the tuts appreciate it. bookmark

Your theme & hosting plays a critical role in website speed as well,
No plugin can really get over these
