Creating my AutoChanel, Not sure what's gonna happened tbh.

Hello guys,

I haven't posted here for like 2 years,
I went to Uni, and learned Software engineering after I didn't think I'd go to that area 4-5 years ago,
Finished it, with actually great scores, And now while I'm looking for work, I thought to come back and share my Idea, maybe get tips, and even educate others,

My idea so far:
Creating a complete way software (as much as possible) to manage my youtube/Tiktok Channel, and figure out how to earn from it well.
I made a read few YouTube channel management books, and I worked with Automation for years (Much before I knew a single command of code)
So far I got:
Tiktok scrapper - Scrape videos by Hashtag/User.

Video generator Takes an unlimited number of files, 1 Intro, and 1 Outro file, and can also take Audio(s) to remove old a put new music to the videos
The generator can create either many shorts or 1 long Compilation Video.

What I need to figure out how I do next:

Create a way to auto publish generated Videos, with decent Title, Description, and Tags,
Youtube seems relatively easy,
Tiktok seems like hell since its API doesn't accept auto publish (maybe I'm wrong?)
And learn ALOT about how to receive better Traffic.


Month #1:
Uploaded 30-40 shorts, 1 a day, about two main subjects.
~40% had decent traffic relatively
only 1 received 2k+ views
Only 20 subs (Received 60 for free from a promoted website, let's hope it wasn't a mistake) ~80 total
4.7K total views

Please share knowledge with me, I need it all.

Received zero attention,

Few days later:
Created auto publisher for YouTube which does:
- Set titles
- Tags
- Schedule date
- Thumbnail
- Recorded date
- Location
- Playlist


Stats aren't much higher yet, not long past, so I won't update them yet.

Still no replies huh?
Well, that's not gonna make me quit.
- GUI created using flutter
- Learning two hours a day flutter since it is new to me
- Convertor and publisher works smoothly, working on downloader
- Thinking about adding "optimizer" section

I haven't updated for a long time, I think it is a good time to do so.

What I have so far:

TikTok scrapper - gets user profile link, and downloads all his videos without a watermark
Video converter - Has three options shorts/video compilation / audio compilation
Video publisher - receives a list of titles, tags, descriptions (although I use default's default) and takes all the drafts from the youtube that I upload previously (due to API token limits) and quickly posts many videos


Statistics -

I got two channels so far, one has created last week

Channel one - Shorts only with a specific niche.

- 120 subs
- around 40K views
- 100 shorts uploaded

Channel two - Audio
Scrapped no watermark audio niche and reuploaded to youtube compilations.
2 Videos
no subs yet

Are you focusing your channels on any specific niche? And do you plan on transitioning your channels to post original content for monetization?

I used both, both are nice, currently using selenium for this project,
haven't used many tools, I am so busy learning so many areas of studies, I will always try to find more, heard good thinks about UIPath

As of right now, I am learning how to get more views, I still struggle this part since I do it while I learn how to automize content,
But yes, every channel will have one niche,
I plan to have around 5 channels once I will complete the automation, maybe more, but I need to understand how do I handle it from withdraw purposes,
I need someone who does multiple channels to understand more deeply how it works

Update May/2023 -

Learning more about Advanced Java and Microservices in order to make this project strong, I plan for good results, not for results.
Added GPT to help me create titles and content for my channel
Merged all sub-projects into one big project
My only channel is getting closed to 200 subs with 0 human interaction only scrape and upload.
Hoping to get into the alpha test in the next month/two, got lots to learn before I can think about making it public access (friends only and paid subscription later)

But overall, it keeps rolling, I had a partner who was supposed to help me, but it went to trash, yet, I'm not going to give other people depress me.

Spend a week on my youtube automation tool
Now uploading 1 video a day on one channel with 0 effort (I still have to do the thumbnails manually, copy & paste the descriptions etc)

Update August /23

Been a while since I started this journey, I had quite a rough time since I am looking for a job for a year now as a programmer and it's rough time in my country here, a lot of firing and getting a bit stressed for money, but I didn't lose hope.
I started my GUI, Used Flutter to do so, I restructured my whole code to meet higher standards, and learned how to move it to the cloud in the future.


first share, everything works but GPT, I'm coding it those days,
will add more features to the rest of the titles afterwards and then trying to start refactoring for distribution (and hopefully some money)

Can you share the code am having trouble with syncing the audio with the video
