I have a good computer with Ryzen CPU and 16 GB of RAM.
Is it ok to use it for seo tools?
or will i have some issues because some ports are blocked?
I heard some ISP block ports due to spamming.
so maybe scrapebox will have issues ?

i used to run it on a home pc. it was not the best set up and so got a cheap vps, everything ran a lot smoother, it also protects you from dodgy sites you might accidentally access (once years ago i was on a proxy scraping marathon, and one of the proxy sites i stumbled on caused me to have to reinstall my os)

That sounds dangerous! What about Serengines? It just uses the web 2.0 sites which are integrated.
It should be ok or not ?

I run tools on my PC but I also use a VPS, I suggest using a VPS for the majority of tools, especially if you want to run them 24/7

I'm running SERengines on my home PC, not a problem at all. you just need to test how many threads you can do. In my case without SERengines 300 easily and I can continue using the PC normally, with this number goes down to 30! They are an incredible memory and CPU hog.
Just like the previous poster said, of course, use good proxies.

I think you should be able to run just fine, just that if running on your home computer, that would incur alot of electricity cost, and your pc needs to be running 24/7, which may also require some cooling in that aspect (also $$ for electricity). And you will also need to pay for a good internet connectivity as well (also $$$).
Renting a VPS or a dedicated server, eliminates the need for cooling, etc, electricity, and if you work it out, it can be beneficial and cost saving when renting one as opposed to using your own PC.
My electricity bill increased by 1/3 of the usual in the past due to running 24/7 at home, which I think would be better if hosted on a datacenter instead.

I run rankerx on my home pc but i am using vps for all gsa tools. You need to test how many threads you can do. Also your internet connection speed is very important for threads.

Just try and see and use proxies. I mean I ran Scrapebox from a home pc for a couple years. I even tried to setup a home server at one point, but I eventually moved all copies to servers because I just need more. But the short answer is probably more then 10,000 people run scrapebox from their home an office machine.

So it will work fine, but the try and see part is that I have no idea how your particular ISP will respond. I have heard of issues where ISPs blocked stuff but its quite the rare exception, definitely not the rule. Proxies are key, if you are doing any submission/posting you NEED proxies so if there is a complaint the proxy takes the complaint and not your ISP. That much I can tell you with certainty, been there, done that.

I do, but I work in very focused way and I study very well the content and target sites for my niche, so I work always on small numbers of websites scraped or comments posted.

I tried once to post 100 comments a time and the PC crashed lol :D

Better use a RDP or VPS for your SEO tools, and work on your PC.
