Googlesheets JSON Assistance

I'm trying to use a secondary worksheet in the spreadsheet to grab and append new data from an HTML query so that it can automatically store all information on Google and update periodically. I can pull data just fine but appending the new data to old data in worksheet#2 has been a major pain.

Anyone have any experience doing this in Google Sheets?
