That makes sense to me. I've tried mass DM to a selected group of profiles and the result is not so good. I guess I'll follow your advice and combine the manual growth with DM for a more authentic and interactive experience.

I got the same problem. All the external views got 0% CTR.

The problem I'm facing now is the DTC model requires too many resources and the entire chain has too many moving parts. Design, R&D, production, inventory, customer service, marketing, etc. I'm looking for collaboration so I can focus on my part and stay light-weighted.

Honestly, I will ignore any cold email or DM without mercy. Hopefully, there will be a lot of people out of there unlike me~
