Hi 2xdswu , I really got inspired by your story and I started working today. I have some questions:
1. I made some accounts using an USA IP but I verified them with russian number. Should I expect the ban hammer or Instangram does not care?
2. When you email your potential clients for first time do you aproach them as a comany or as a freelancer?

As a real estate agent if you can build enough rep and show wonderful pictures of homes I'm sure it can greatly help your real estates credibility and get muchmore engagement rates.
Think about it when your people on instagram might be looking for houses or places from other countries and you're the ONLY guy who does real estate with instagram in singapore and I'm sure you'll be the only one.
Imagine the rep and foundation you've build to get it will greatly benefits you, think about it.

1. No from my experience registering accounts with different region numbers is not a factor as long as after you verify it and the account still stands.
2. I approach them as a team neither a freelancer or a company. I make it sound "professional" and intriguing to them.

There's no 100% answers to that, yes and no.
If you're getting powerlikes from similar or niche that can accomadate your following niche, of course but don't expect all powerlikes to gives you conversions.
You can actually convert them into your followers then slowly try to convert them into a buyer.
Powerlike is good for growth of course you can grow insanely but it's like searching needle in a haystack for conversions.
Ranking #hashtags is much more targeted and better if you're looking for conversions, you'll need to know what hashtags works for you and what does not it really depends on the amount of research you do.

Do you outsource management of FL or do you do that yourself? I find that to be tedious, but can you trust someone to run all those accounts? How do you deal with that?

Simple: Grow account and sell to businesses or "Influential" wannabe.
Get powerlikes, I don't get that question but I assume it would be this.
I manage, scrape, filter, blacklist, whitelist, reply pre-sales, reply support and everything else myself.
I would love to allow my VA to do it but she isn't very good with computer.
Why would you not trust someone lol. It's just it's very technical and the growth service I do have lots of steps and stuff to do for every customer that subscribe, it's not a load a list of usernames and let FL do everything.
I use around 2-3 to scrape, filter and get good targeted followers for clients before loading and letting it sit for 6 months.
Also sometimes I answer technical questions which myself. I would say running it is tedious when company don't know how to use IG.

Are you providing stats for your clients? If so, how are you giving them those growth stats?

They can access stats for themselves by switching their account to "Instagram Business".
Also if you wanna provide growth stats for businesses, you can easily export the growth rate to an excel sheet and send them at the end of the month,
and if you want using Followliker. I'm sure MP can do this too ( Might be wrong )
Also those of you who keep asking me how I find my leads, right now I've a way to find and access to as many "potential" leads as many I want and at a very decent rate.
I'm thinking of launching a growth service toolkit which allows you to provide the services right off the bat.
It'd include these:
Bulk Package of leads such as 250, 500 and above, Personal Branded Ready Websites, One or Multiple Email Templates
The above is just my curiousity to see how many of you actually would wanna build you own business base off of this and if there's enough interest I might do it.

Yeah, I'm not using FL or MP. Personally using Gress as I really like not having to get a VPN. I find it's super user friendly and web based making my life so much easier. Clients growth isn't as fast, but can still target really well and help my clients. As long as they're happy and producing real content or value in the world I'm happy with it.
Any ideas with other ways to export growth rate into an excel sheet? Haven't found many good resources after a good 3 days of heavy research.

1. Your question is confusing, first you say you wanna grow and sell account. Then you ask if you'll need to provide content, if you're are the answer is a obvious YES.
2. What do you mean by obtaining these accounts ? I'm guessing you've never heard of PVA or AGED or yet to visit the marketplace.
3. Why from growing and sell to providing content then take over from someone else.
I'm really confused.....
But if you want grow and sell account read my previous post, if you wanna grow someone account read my previous post and if you want buy and grow and sell account then buy from marketplace on social media section there are people selling there and you can start from there.
My advice is to stick to one and try to do one at a time, don't try to do it all. YOU"LL LITERALLY DIE #NOKIDDING

U get some rly nice graphs about ur growth there. Just search ur IG Name once, then they crawl u every day and scrape the infos they need.
Sorry! You have to understand that I am a noob here and am not totally sure what to ask. That being said, I think you answered my question partially. I did not know that there was a place to buy them or that it is what I should do.
With the content I'm wondering where do I source it from? Lets say I buy a cooking niche page. Do I have to start making the content? Or do I find content on the web?
If I wanted to buy a page, about what size is food to start working with?
