Are the niches unique? Will you sell the same niche to multiple competitors? Eventually, there's gotta be some kind of overlap.
Where are you sourcing from? Are you getting product from the first page of Ali Baba, where a hundred 'me too' type competitors are already filling the Amazon results?
Why aren't you keeping these 'full businesses' for yourself? You just lack the capital $$$$ to order the inventory and ship it to FBA? This is a huge red flag for me, because I know what a gold mine it is out there still, and I think the successful few are guarding their niches with their life.
I did over $200k (gross) private label last year, but I am highly skeptical of anyone who advertises themselves as a Guru or expert in this field. I've seen countless people failing miserably at PL while the gurus get rich off of their (unrelated to actually selling a physical product) marketing business.

No, this works on any Amazon. The profit, costs, etc will be different from country to country. We recommend to advertise in the USA because of the high volume of people with money.
