I ordered on Dec.20. It was the holidays, I expected a bit of a delay so I never followed up.
Dec.30 THEY reached out to me, said they were in the middle of working on my order and I'd have it in 24hr.
Jan.2 nothing received. I followed up. Told me they were in the middle of finishing a few of my articles that I'd receive in an hour or 2. The rest delivered within 24hrs.
Jan.4 nothing received. Followed up. No reply.
Jan.5 Followed up. They said "Yes I am sorry, I'm working on them right now. I will send them as I finish. I think they should be done by tomorrow."
Jan.6 Followed up.
Jan.8 Followed up, asked for a refund.
Jan.9 Followed up.
Jan.10 I'm not getting any replies. I've filed a paypal dispute.

They should be reported to THE SHIT LIST. This is also a type of scamming :)

what do you mean nothing received ? You are a liar !!! Reporting you to the admins! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ARTICLES FOR A VERY LONG TIME ALREADY! AND YOU STILL OWE ME 2 articles, after many promises of sending them to me 2 weeks ago! I even disputed the payment!

I am really sorry for my negative reviews! I thought I have ordered 4000 words but received just 3000 words.... But the truth is that I MADE A MISTAKE, I have ordered 3000 words like seller have said... AND I AM SORRY about it :( Quality of the articles are great, this seller is recommended!

But it's not the same to me... I had ordered 8k words and they sent me 6k words. Then there was no response from them after that :)
