I guess it's not safe for buyers there right now, but is it safe for sellers? Never used flippa. Or is there a good alternative?

The users face a lot of issues on Flippa, Most of the beginners don't even know how to do the site transfer, I think there should be a service to help them transfer the assets after the sale ends, this way they can provide some value to its customers

Or the transfer of assets should be automated via sone platform, so that there is no scope of scam or anything

Flippa sucks but don't you think your post is a bit ironic.
No decent platform will ever let you sell a warez site on them.

Flippa is just getting ridiculous.
Don't get me wrong, I sell on any marketplace possible, it's just the biz and as much as I want to boycott the shit out of it... end buyers are there.
But truthfly,
I know a lot of and "knew" a lot of brokers there (the previous people I knew there before they were even called brokers on there),
Basically, all of that, just gave me the all out, inside scoop on how much they roll daily with the punches.
They were able to handle the marketplace in it's original state when they first hit it,
But they do not at all know what in the hell they are doing since they officially became the "marketplace", because their experience level business wise just was not there.
Half of them there and the majority of everyone behind the scenes basically formed the biggest "inner circle" and just outright fuck people over.
It's a straight hustle.
About 80% of any Domain at least, that hits Editiors choice is a load of shit, one of their buddies stuck on a property, or a group of them back there scooped a shit ton
of "worthless" domain extensions, realized the horrible investment, but since they are all in kahootz, they can make it "editors" choice and not just sell the shitty name for
thousands and thouands of dollars over the "Value and claim" they put it at, but they do it purposely more often than none, in order to "force set a domain trend" so they can
liquidate their bad investment onto their users.
I've watched this shit first hand through screenshare many many times.
And to go balls deep with their inner circle,
They added Domain Holdings to the Mix, which boosts the shit out of there revenue and fucks the average seller over at the same time.
They just got done increasing their upgrade prices, for a homepage feature listing, domain feature listing, website feature listing,
Email shout outs ect...
And the average seller is relying on them, putting their trust in these fucks, paying a shit ton of money
Over and over to get this property relisted for "exposure" on this home page, or for whatever upgrade,
And then here comes Domain Holdings, who do not have to pay a cent to post, decide what is and what isn't editors choice, and
what do they do after "knowing that it's a controlled marketplace and their shit is going to sell know matter what, because its' their friends
writing "how pro" they are on other bull shit higher up sites???
They go ahead and flood the homepage listings, other feature sales page listings and boost the average users right the fuck off,
After they just spent over $100+++ to get a property up....
And they keep repeating the cycle, forcing the paid upgrades, forcing the bullshit domain sales that are not at all premium,
And then forcing the other sellers to follow "made up" trends which fucks them further.
Unfortunately for them,
They jumped the gun and think that because they own the car dealership, can chisel their own plaques with credentials and are absorbed wiht control
and being pwer hungry... they haven't got the slightest clue that they are only digital car salesmen who (and it will) are goign to get recked and fail asap,
because they bullshitted, upsold and "played sales person online" they think half the shit in their sales copy is true now subconsously,
but are going to crash big time... as (this is true: many of them can't "and have asked me" to help them develop a WIX site).
The only ones forseeing that happening, are probably the "advisors" they hired in order to even operate properly, who are probably watching the shit show happen everyday, T
Waiting to Go onto their Plan B after they mil the shit out of them.
This is business.
Domains are digital currency now.
So I would bet alllllll of my LLL's and LLLL's, as well as every cent I have,
Tossing that shit on Red, because any smart entrepreneur and who actually knows "business",
Is sitting, waiting patiently, for more and more of these threads to pop up, and the idiots behind the scenes to fuck up even more,
Then They will be releasing the new Marketplace drowning them out.
Money follows money.
Knock offs and replicas are released the next day the damn brand name product is released...
And are for a reason.

Ok, EVERYONE complains that Flippa is a terrible and bad platform to sell their domains and websites on here in this thread.
Why do you guys not join forces and build a great platform for people to sell on, surely there must be a way for you to do a JV or something like that. I know there are a lot of knowledge in BHW´s members, so just write a JV request in the JV section and do it, may the force be with you guys, I know you can pull this of with some JV brainstorming .. =)

It sounds like Flippa's just bad for buyers.
Tbh, I can't diss flippa cuz that's part of my uh income plan. I have lots of domains left over from when I was a noob domainer. Planning on developing them and throwing them on Flip. I already sold a $3 one for $150 there. But it takesa lot of work.
Like I said... can't really diss Flippa. Maybe if BHW offered a cheaper listing price for domains and/or sites we could list here. But idk, I wish I could list 50 bulk domains but that's $30 x 50.... and you know no one's going to buy an average domain for $30+.

Flippa was great when couple of years ago, when they had no listings fees. Yes youy had a lot of bad domains, but people with good sites were more willing to list since it was free. The site quality has declined from before. You would think with all the fees and more control it would be better, but itsn't.

A method was sold on flippa for $83k which i was able to replicate and wanted to sell it on flippa.I had to proof buyers that i was legit and once the price went higher than $10k the old seller came into my salespage and claimed i'm a scam.I posted some nice screenshots to close his mouth threatening him to post more public.He went to flippa claiming that he is not going to pay their fee if they wouldnt close my salespage and ban me.
So what happened my salespage got under review without informing me anything about the reason or asking any question.
After 3 days i got tired and sent them a message.No reply on my message.After that i sent them another emaill calling them cheaters for disabling my salespage without even being able to tell me a single point i broke their TOS.
Reaction was in 3 minutes that my Account was banned.
However i got emails from interrested people who bought the mehtod outside of flippa.
From then i stopped using flippa.My next website will be only sold via FE

Just sold 3 sites and the sale went through fine. First time I've used it though.
Filtering through the shit is just like eBay isn't it? Nothing wrong with that, if you're not savvy, do your DD or have zero knowledge then you're gonna get screwed over. Same as anything really. My buyer is happy, and earning immediately from the sites.
