about the first one , i think nobody will show u something about botnets here .....u should learn c/c++ and surf some hackers websites ........too much to say about this topic but i think it's not allow to talk about that here , so i should shutup .

I use c# too.
But if you want to learn, you really need to be motivated to code because it's not for everyone. I'm not saying this to demotivate you simply don't start and give up half way...

I made my fist bot with Imacros and now I have learned the good stuff.
Now I use VBS & VBA along with Imacros and I can automate almost anything.

I hate reading tutorials and guides on coding, so if you want to jump right into it and learn as you go this is a good way.

If the bot is just for personal use, php is the way to go (imho). If it is going to be sold or shared then C#.
There's more to a good bot then the language that it's coded in, you need a basic understanding of computer networking as well. If you know squat about the application layer, you've got a ways to go.

Personally, I like the "Spidering Hacks", "Webbots Spiders and Screen Scrapers", and "Programming Spiders, Bots, and Aggregators in Java" books.
As for language, I prefer Java, but have used Perl and Kornshell too.
But it looks like there are some books on doing this sort of thing with C# and VB too.

Of course but I was sort of sensing some urgency in the OP... so I assumed he'd be better off purchasing the bot he needs right now as opposed to making one. Learning how to make bots is very complicated and takes years to really master to the fullest.
