- But you are wrong about the product not being actively developed. The product is still being actively developed and maintained. To fight spams, sites are constantly changing. Even Google No Captcha is changing everyday. Fixing scripts and Google captchas are very time consuming and require some specialized skills. What you called minor are not minor at all. This is the reason why other software fails to maintain their site base and success rates. As you can see the success rates of RankerX are always good and getting better after each release.

I'm sorry. It wasn't my intention to imply that maintaining the success rate wouldn't be time consuming. Just that they from a users (or functionality) perspective seems like minor changes, tweaks to maintain current functionality and performance. In other words changes that doesn't add new features or makes life easier for the users. Perhaps I should phrased it differently.

My point was just that I couldn't see the software being actively developed (for many weeks or update cycles) to add new features or make other changes that impacts the functionality of the software itself. It was more like strict maintainence updates, regardless of the developement time behind them. This together with the ofther things I brought up started to worry me. I have seen countless of SEO software being abandoned in the past and don't want this for RankerX. This software has so much potential really.

- We are writing an overhauled version of RankerX, and it is much better than the current one. It requires my full focus so I do not really have much time visiting the thread and answer each of the questions. Most of the questions here are already answered via emails and Skype.

I don't think that anyone really expects you to answer each and every question about SEO and linkbuilding in this thread, but giving the appereance of ignoring the few questions dealing with software updates and missing features does tend to make people wonder about the reasons behind it. After all there is not that many new posts of that nature being posted in a week.

Anyway. I'm glad hearing about the new overhauled version. It sounds really interesting.

- We sell lifetime licenses because there are many of our customers demand it and we decide to set the price high enough to ensure only serious fellow SEOer use it.

In my opinion the serious SEOer is the last group of people in need of a lifetime license. After all the months it takes to break even, they will easily generate enough money to cover the subscription costs, so it's not a big deal for them. The serious SEOers would also care more about the future development of the software as well. After all it would be an important tool for them for months or years to come.

Therefore I don't think it's the serious SEOers demanding a lifetime license. It would be against their own self interests. That kind of demand is more a result of being shortsighted and greedy. Remember that they are not paying once for a software that continues to work regardless of whether new updates are coming or not. They are actually paying for a service where frequent updates are very much needed in order for the software to keep function as it was intended.

Anyway. I don't have any insight into the number of new subscribers or how many "serious SOEers" you will have lost as active subscribers in a year or so. I'm sure you have done the math and that it checks out, so I will leave it there. I just don't understand the need for it.

Yes. Try use Elitelinkindexer, I have done a fair bit of testing over the past 3 months and they are performing the best over all.

100% Agree, I asked OP to add a feature Dec.18.2015, We talked on skype and he said that the feature would be added in the next release. Fast forward, it's almost a year to date and the feature was never added.

Could you tell me what is that feature? I must have forgotten it.

This is based on my experience. So it may / may not work in your case.

I create > 1000 backlinks to my money website (all platforms, only DA > 20) every 2-7 days (if i am not lazy ), and i submit to indexer with 30 days dripfeed.

I have run this for some months. And the result this far is good.
No sudden rank increase.
The rank increases (sometimes decreases, and up again) slowly but sure.

Again, this may / may not work with your website in short / long term.
