[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

Dropshipping at amazon is real money maker but the hardest part here is the maintaining concise inventory, its a big shame if someone ordered the items and its out of stock but thanks to the software SKUGRID it helps a lot in tracking outages and increases.

I decided to give this a go, but im stuck at the "Item Location" in my Ebay listings, what the hell do i enter there ? I have the ebay account registered in my real id with the adress in Europe, but i want to sell mainly to US customers, and i don't know what city and state to put there. Im affraid to put something random, won't i get banned when ebay sees a different shipping location when i enter the tracking no. from Amazon ?

Just do a major US city like New York, New York or Los Angeles California

On eBay there are sellers that have baffled me with their uncanny prices that are lower than the Amazon products. I have been doing some Amazon to eBay dropshipping for a little while and I have found that many items on eBay are lower than the amazon seller.

For example, 240 pack of colored pencils is sold on Amazon for $35.05. On eBay you can get it for less than that from a guy who is obviously dropshipping.

In order to sell an item on eBay that is $35 and make a $2 profit, you would have to pay $29 AND that's without S&H costs. This fellow sells many items for less than the Amazon supplier.

Therefore, I have concluded people like this are doing one of 2 things.

1. Making a dropship deal with the distributor, i.e. Crayola to list on eBay.

2. Purchasing wholesale from the distributor, storing it and shipping it without using Amazon FBA.

Perhaps there is something I am missing?

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks!

They could be dropshipping from other sites. Have you checked walmart, kmart, overstock.com, etc.?

You can get good deals with those sites using cashback programs/cards.

They could be shipping it out themselves or dropshipping from the supplier. Can you provide a link to one of the listings?

I don't have enough posts to post a link.

go to ebay > Sellers and search for the seller new-sealed

He gets name brand items and sells for less than big distributors, i.e. LEGO.

Possibly he is buying up all items when they go on sale, storing them, then shipping them out.

I don't know...

Hmm interesting... It definitely looks like he is DSing from Amazon.
He might be buying Amazon Gift cards for a discount, there's a very blackhat market for this, likely illegal. I have an Amazon Prime card that takes 5% off but that wouldn't cover eBay fees.

He offers free 2-day shipping which suggests he is dropshipping from Amazon. He could also be Dropshipping from Walmart where you can get 10% off with a Upromise Credit Card. They offer a Prime like service but in my experience it doesn't take too days despite their advertising.

You can order something cheap and see how it arrives :).

You don't have to be the cheapest on eBay by the way. Good pictures and a good title and push you ahead. Often times the top product in the search is more expensive than the ones below. I had many listings like that where my product was $10 more than the other sellers but I was still crushing it. Start low, have good & unique pics if you can (usually the stock one is best but sometimes not), have a good title with good keywords, and slowly raise your price as you get sales.

Good advice, it just pisses me off that I can't figure out how he and others are getting such low prices. But as you said getting the lowest price isn't necessary but it does help a lot. That guy only has 2,000 items listed and makes about 100 sales/day. I have not seen many sellers with conversions like that.

Buying blackhat Amazon Gift cards using darkweb markets and paying with VCCs for prime account could be a way to make some big bucks with Amazon to eBay.

Do you use any watcher exchanges or buy watchers for eBay listings and what results have you seen with that?

No I never used watcher exchanges or bought them. From what I've read it does nothing for your listings and can get you banned.

His margins must be pretty low though. I was doing 15 sales a day at ~$8 profit which works out much better than 100 a day at $1 profit. I had 200 items listed. Find what other dsers are selling most and list those.

vilcakurt, I too have been trying to figure out how this guy new-sealed is doing it, I know he actually has two ebay accounts now but still can't understand how he's doing this

Great Method, does it mean that we don`t buy from Amazon until we sell the item at ebay ?
thank you 4 sharing

Yes do not purchase the item until the item is purchased on ebay, also make sure on your payment policies you set it to Immediate Payment to PayPal.

And for this I want to add, I can get amazon product at 25% discount rate which is huge for amazon to eBay. PM me for details.

It costs money to list on eBay isn't it? Will you not burn a lot of money doing this until you find good products to sell?
