I want to give a shout out to @hootsparta for the excellent customer support, I ran into a situation where my merchant decided that my domain name violated their TOS so I had to rename my website... and I asked @hootsparta if he could change all 50 URLS on an order that he did for me about a month ago, he took care of it for me very quickly and without hesitation... Great service!
 
I'm going to have to put in a negative review for this service. I have a lot of websites that I frequently order services from vendors here, but this one has given me the worst results and customer service.

To get to the point, the website that I ordered the package for got PENALIZED. I'm very careful and this was the only link building package I got for it, and it went from high 10s-low 20s in Google to nowhere. I asked the seller to remove the links and process a refund, but he refused and is wanting to replace the links instead, which I do not want. He has been ignoring my recent emails and I would've much preferred to resolve the issue outside of posting a reply here, but I have no choice.

Stay away from this service and vendor, there are better options, or else you may get an unpleasant surprise.

In our refund policy, once we started the project. I can't refund to you. But I can able to replace the links asap.
But I am sure, you can buy some other links as well.

Please REMOVE ALL LINKS. I do not want a replacement as I have mentioned several times already.

Space Up is the only package I used on the site ever since it has been live.

New order has been placed on Thursday 20 Oct, just 25 post for starter. Using mostly partial anchor text, 10 brand and few naked URL, no exact anchor text added at all as everyone know that exact match bring huge risk, of course it depends on link profile too.

My order report looks good . Avg DA as he said , articles look good.
