I have usa paypal account limited more then 180 days with 334$ inside, funds eligable for withdraw now, and also i have italy paypal account limited more then 180 days with 224 euro inside, funds eligable for withdraw now. Add new bank/ add new card option avaliable on both accounts. Can you help me withdraw this money?

I want to buy VCC to be use at Skillshare.com, before this I use entropay , but they just updated their system stated that they only accept credit/debit card and not prepaid card.
So, I have a few questions:

Is the VCC reloadable and what is the initial balance when I get it?

You know you can't offer me a VBA and you knowingly made me to make a post so you could get bumped up.
And what happens after you got bumped, you said you can't offer me a VBA.
I hate unworthy sellers.. Speaks volume about you..

I promise to send him the $10 through a friend since i can only use PayPal for payment and he agreed,
only to disagree after he said i should post in order to register that am owing him.

Becareful, potential Scam!
It has been 2 days since I paid for a Business PayPal Account (via Bitcoin). He said on Skype (cheapvba.provider) I would get the details yesterday then he said I would get them today. Nothing has arrived and he's ignoring me on Skype. Very suspicious. I hope I will get the details eventually. I'll keep you updated.
