Update:

Instagram followers still not fixed. On 9/25/2016 I thought it had been fixed but followers had dropped in my testing. Still working on system to avoid drops..

In the end all followers will drop, no matter where you order them. But I would rather order with other panels to be able to deliver for my clients right now instead of waiting another month. So a refund would be in place. We have been waiting too long.
