I just had one of my stealth Paypal accounts limited which require the following:

Proof of ID
Proof of Residence

Can anyone chime in as to what the success rate is for this service when it comes to Paypal? Do they simply look over the attached documents and approve you on the spot or do they conduct further research through public records etc., ect. If anyone can please chime in on their personal experiences it would be greatly appreciated. I am losing a tremendous amount of money on a daily basis due to this hold up.
