If you want articles written with perfect grammar, sure, go for someone who actually speaks English as a first language. However if you want a logo designed, or your cellphone repaired, you're really not doing yourself any favours by hiring a "first worlder" to do the exact same job anyone else who knows what they're doing could do.

I'd argue that the places I've been to in Ukraine are worse than Moldova. However, many people in Moldova left their village/town to go make a living in Russia or Turkey. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, many factory jobs closed down and people lost their jobs, etc.

Ukraine is one of those countries that has been a slave to or punked around by just about all of the neighboring countries at one point or another.

My country is shit compared to western countries. At least I admit it and move on.

Are we talking about Fiverr here? Because if so then I beg to differ. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

Also, like many others you have missed the point. The OP gave snippets of someone with horrible English writing a laughable article and more often than not, these come from a "third worlder". I didn't actually know if it was or not, but I still joked about it and it proved to be true, which incidentally asserts the stereotype.
