It seems you are getting some satisfied customers on here OP, many have said they will re -order. How about offering monthly subscription option on your form.
We are busy people and have to remember to re-order before the traffic stops to keep a good flow to our sites.
Another thing - what about offering a social media combo, mix up facebook, Google+ etc for better effect
