what are the highest paying cpa offers that you know of that are completely free to sign up .. meaning no credit card is required.

I find clickcash very untrustworthy, $40 / cc lead> for stuff like ifriends and i reli dont like the click cash site, have you been payed into paypal or by check yet?

man it doesnt get much better than that 5$ for a free sign up isnt bad if you want to make more try getting into paid trials . your customers spend 3$ on the trial and u usually get from like 30-50 a lead

Finance leads for $15-30 per first or second page submit. Would not recommend sendinging BS leads though as they will be caught very quickly.

no i tried out a 5 dollar signup today on cl .. and didnt get one convert.. but i think copeac is shady, one guy said he signed up for the site and i haven't seen any money. i signed up myself to try it out and didnt see any money!!!!
