Hi sir, I have some problem of old mobile locker.

When user download the apps and open for around 1-2 minute why don't it let the user access to the content, nothing show up.

this is strange but sometimes it can take up to an hour for the postback to come back and unlock the content, please start to use the new content locker located here http://members.ogads.com/contentlocker.php

When people complete an offer from the 'landing page request' I still get paid I guess? So it's not very smart to also lock it with a content locker.

correct yes, there is no point in content locking something that is also content locked.

I am having problems with your conversions, I've been talking with people and they told me they did the offer and even got redirected to the completion page! And for those offers, i wasn't credited!.. I must have lost a lot of conversions due to this.. I am having a high amount of clicks on my bitlys but ridic low conversion.

Hi I spoke to Ben about it. And he said that happens when the offer is capped or canceled for the time period, and also it can happen when the user has a different device that is not supported.

I still feel it keeps happening even though offer is available and device is correct. I did reply that to him.

I still get conversions daily. Most USA leads seem successfull. It s kind Of weird.

So there must maybe be some glitch somewhere along the line or something that makes this happen. I am sure is a cache or technical glitchup because i dont have Any trust issues With ogads at all !

They use cloudflare as cdn however this is connected to their plattform or not it might be a clue to were problem adheres to. Cloudflare can play spookie as they control DNS Settings etc.
