[Pics] What does your "workstation" look like?

This is my baby. His name is Mordecai. Just like Mordecai from Borderlands, he's awesome and he knows it.

He's a gaming PC but I use him for work too. I try to use my laptop for everything work related but it can't handle everything that I do for work. So when I need something with more speed and processing power, I use this beast.

Here's the specs:

• AMD FX 8320 8 Core processor 3.50Ghz
• 8GB RAM (can expand to 16)
• Dual Win8/Win10 operating system
• 2TB HDD
• AMD Radeon HD 7700 Graphics Chip

This baby is my pride and joy. Never have a problem with it, unless it's Win10 related. And that's why it runs dual operating systems. When Win10 gives me a headache, I switch to Win8. It's a shame that Win8 is less of a headache for me than Win10, but the point is that I can do that. Because I'm a fucking boss.

PS - chair has cat hair in it because my cat likes to sleep there

I'll def post pics when I'm done renovating. I teared out all the flooring in my gym and office when I found out my older brother is renovating. He was gonna sell a $3K older version of (the Super Trainer?) on CL for $500 I said fuck that. So I threw away lots of shit to repaint and refloor both rooms. Threw away my old desk, chair, shelf, sofa my dog tore up... and everything in my gym except my bar bench, free bench squat machine & free weights. Went apeshit with 8 boxes of mirrors. Black marble (fake) flooring. Better rubber pads from Collingswood as the ones Cosco sold me were trash.

My office right now is literally an exposed subfloor, metal chair and coffee table for my screens. I had to trash everything the same day so I've been working like this almost 10 days now. Good news is my gym floor is done. Just need to assemble the machine which will take a full day.

After that new rug in the office. Move the desk in. Buy new chair, blinds and sofa.

I CAN'T WAIT till this shits done. I already have part of the trainer up and was pretend lifting on it last night I got so excited I couldn't sleep.

This way I don't have to drive to Retro anymore I fucking hate that shithole. It's full of skinny hipsters. In one of the busiest areas in town but the gym itself is like the size of.... it's very small. Even when I go between 10-2pm at least 1/5 of the machines are all being used. At 6am or after 5pm you will share most the machines with 2-4 people.

I'm done. I save 40 mins now in driving, get to lift at home in peace although I will miss the bitches. Pics coming soon.

Nice man 970 does the job just fine. What's the most RAM you've ever used up, like 8? Also, maybe time for a chair upgrade soon lol. I had a chair like that before where everything was peeling off. It had a back massager built in but man was it fugly with all the shit peeling off

My monitor is fine. It does what I need it to do: displays my shit. Just bc it isn't huge and impressive doesn't mean I should be mocked for it. Or is this a dick measuring contest?

Some people are content with what they have. I know that's a foreign concept to most of you, but when you get a bit more experience in life, you'll learn that.
