We have shared proxies and dedicated proxies. If you purchase dedicated, it will be yours only.
A 'thread' is a number of simultaneous requests to one port. Hope it helps!

You see, if you purchase two accounts for one proxy plan, your IPs will be the same for about 30-70%.
