Shoutcart: how many got the account deleted and balance freezed?

Messaged shoutcart and got an email back 10 min later. Here's what they said:

Hello Nicolas,

We process payouts at the beginning of the week, it should be processed today. It appears you requested your payout 2016-07-11 18:29:20 right after we stopped processing payouts for that week, this is why it was a longer wait.

Kind Regards,
Shoutcart Support Team

Will let you guys updated, perhaps we just need to be a bit more patient

Sadly, I'm not sure about that, maybe they are cleaning up their system and view many accounts as "spam accounts", I've had a lot more trouble getting my account onto shoutcart compared to last time and it required me contacting them in order to explain my account was real.

My account is legit af, I'm building a brand on it. No spam, no fake everything just few S4S and like exchange (but that won't change the things)

My account is legit as well and it's not one of those popular general niches. I wonder why it got deleted since it's the one selling shoutouts for me.

"Hello,

We received several complaints from advertisers regarding purchased shoutouts from your account. After further review of your account, we detected suspicious activity and decided to suspend your selling privileges with us.

Our decision is final, please don't add any accounts to our system.

Your outstanding balance will be returned to advertisers.

Kind Regards,

Shoutcart Support Team"

That was what the answered me. Any suggestion?

cowards ... at least login into your bhw account and share some info about this... contact them again and link them to the thread, most likely you will get no response, but it's worth trying.

If we are sure that @danceparty is the owner (we need to prove it) we can open a shitlist thread.

I got a similar BS reply about my account being deactivated. I've got 22k followers but was told that they require at least 5k?

So far as I'm concerned, this thread ties him to Shoutcart - he says they are working on adding more diversity to the Nature niche.

Not to mention, every one of his posts links to Shoutcart.

If this is the best they can do, or if they are in the process of folding, then I think it's our responsibility to raise a red flag to anyone thinking about using them. I'd suggest you look in to opening the shitlist.

The truth is you all been robed

How dare a business acuse you of having bad accounts or goings on.

If immature for a business to assume that the seller or provider is at fault especially with no contact with you.

How dare they give back your money Afther the
Traffic was already relaised in faith from schoutouts

That dam theft, i can not walk in a shop and open a bag of crisp , then eat some and give them back, and get the shop keeper to send them crisp back to the wholesaler and not pay for them , there lauth at me and call police.

This company business is making up rules
And i am guessing skimming all that money left and giving you all a excuse that yoyr traffic bad ....

They need shit listing, but you need to use the shit list rules.....

I bet if you counted up all that money comes to a thu thousand or even millions

Fucking pricks, my account got deleted for no reason. My account is 53k followers NATURALLY AND MANUALLY grown without using any scripts, bots etc. - everything is pure hard work. Then you see some morons with 500k followers and 1000 likes per pic on this site. I have 14$ and cannot withdraw them, what do I do? 14$ will not save my life, but when they delete 1000 accounts who are in the same spot as me look at how much they are banking ILLEGALLY.

One of our staff members brought this thread to my attention. I wanted to make a public statement about this issue.

We review accounts on the daily basis. We look at numerous aspects in an Instagram account, some of those things include but not limited to; authenticity of followers, activity, engagement, and at least 5k followers. If your account does not meet ALL of the Shoutcart standards you will not be approved, simple as that.

Now, if you were a vendor that got deleted, and not paid out it is because our system detected that you have been tampering with your follower count, and more importantly post engagement. After our system red flags you, one of our team members personally extensively reviews your account to confirm the discrepancy.

We are not in the business of selling our customers fake likes and fake engagement. We do not pay out vendors that game our system, cheat the advertisers with false claims and promises, send fake traffic and inflate engagement. We return the money to advertisers in all those instances.

WE protect our customers from being scammed and defrauded.

WE also protect LEGITIMATE vendors, whom we guarantee the money they earned in a shoutout. We fight fake advertiser claims and more often than not, side with vendors in case of dispute over a legitimate shoutout.

If you are a vendor in good standing, and have been waiting more than 4 days or so to get paid out. We process all payouts in the beginning of the week, may be the reason why you have been waiting a little longer. Please be patient and payouts will be processed as soon as possible.

It appears that this thread has been started by fraudulent vendors who have been abusing the system. Be aware of who you listen to.

Actually we have served the punishment or being members of few "Engagement Group" here on BHW, as far as I understand.

Engagement group that, as well-know, helps thanks to "power likes" and few comments to hit the explore page and top hashtags. Those are needed to gain more organic followers.

Even if that actually doesn't mean "fake engagement" since the overall engagement, at least in my case, it's all natural; I get your point of view as service to de-activate who use those groups. That to prevent that fake accounts were serving fake traffic.

Actually I would have sent a first email with an alert and then de-activate the account (that is my point of view).

As I wrote to your team I was ready to "collaborate" if I had know a valid reason but I didn't get a reply. By collaborate I mean to go away from the engagement groups if that was the problem.

BTW, as I said, I get and accept your point of view man. I'm sorry if we get you in trouble for using those groups but as I said they are builded to reach new audiences, not to fake (at least not for me) the overall engagement. I hope that you'll change your mind or at least you'll take a deeper look into the accounts that was de-activated.

Sorry for the grammar mistakes mate, I hope that you can easily get it.

If I was a so called fraudulent vendor, why the hell did your "Score" metric put me at the #1 spot in a niche that, according to conversations we had, held up for about 20% of sales on shoutcart? According to your system, my account was the most legit on your website in said niche. Yet I'm a fraud. What does this tell me? That you have no idea how to 'rank' or judge an account on its legitimacy.

I really don't care about shoutcart anymore but for anyone looking into it, stay away.
