Not for account creation, they work for automation though (we have one automation client buying 10,000 proxies from us for Instagram specifically)

Instagram has tough security measures for creating accounts these days (almost no proxy provider works). But I have a lot of large customers (one buys 10k proxies right now) that use all proxies for Instagram automation on previously created accounts
