How can you even begin to dare treat customers like this?

I've order for quite a hefty amount now, roughly 10-20% OF ALL ORDERS are simply not delivered, and you... You just don't reply?

Is there any way a mod can get this feller to respond appropriately in order to maintain BHW's name?!

I've seen a lot here, but this one is going beyond - it's simply taking money and not delivering.

EDIT:

These are order placed in the last day(s); all of them undelivered until now. Do something about it, the VERY least you could do is reply and explain WHY those aren't delivered.

MY REVIEW BEFORE 1 YEAR WORKING WITH SOCIALPANEL24.COM:
This services was good the first days, BUT now the admin doesn't reply the Tickets and igonre you on Skype, doesn't complete some orders or just don't care about the customers... is a shame.
I really hope this change, or I will have to migrate to a new panel.

He solved my previous problem, and compromised to finish the current orders. Before my balance be in 0, my account will be deleted on this panel, for for obvious reasons we discussed on chat.
