Happened to me today as well. Can't download photos from any account, tried over 10 usernames and it shows the following error :
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"

Updated the software and works fine now ! Still the best IG photo downloader out there

No, if you just use the scrape by hashtags option then it will just add your hashtags and random numbers as titles to the pics.
