OJ doesn't count cause he was guilty as shit and therefore your argument doesn't work. I find it funny that you say that it is because of people like me. You know nothing about me at all and if you are ignorant enough to look the other way because someone can sing and dance, then by all means do so. You do have some valid points, but the fact remains that he raped kids.... guilty or not, he did. No matter what argument you present to me, you will never change my mind. No matter what argument I put forth, you will defend him. It is just that simple. If he didn't rape kids, then I am wrong. Even if that was the case, he was still a creepy and weird dude. He was Peter Pan. Are you thinking or just typing? What kind of grown man acts like that? He didn't have a childhood and was trying to make up for it. Tough break, lots of people had tough childhoods(being rich and famous is a better than the type of people then I am talking about) and they went on to be normal. If some weird, plastic surgery, eccentric(being generous with that word), accussed child molester was sleeping with your kids, I bet you might have a different opinion. But hey, he could sing and dance, so lets treat him like he was a god.

I agree that the system is flawed. Innocent people go to jail all the time and guilty people go free all the time. It happens. Anyway, I was just stating my opinion. We all have one and we differ on this, but I am done arguing. This is a marketing site and I am done with this conversation. We all have our opinion and ours happen to differ. If anyone likes MJ and wants to think what they think, then by all means, go right ahead, I just have a different opinion. I am done with this thread though. Later.

Have to agree with most of what you've said... HOWEVER, it ain't cool dissing the man in his grave PLUS we still don't know shit about what has really happened!

Although through analyzing and drawing conclusions, the "guilty" side seems to overweight the "innocent" ... say 75% or so guilty expectation.

Even if those allegations were true, and they may have been, it does not subtract anything from his talent.

I think he was weird as f**k, but his music and his dancing blew me away. It always will.

Atleast now he's dead people will look past everything else and focus on the music he created. It's a shame it takes something like this to do that though.

TMZ is saying right now there's not gonna be a public viewing at Neverland, and I was looking forward to watching the hoopla on TV. I can imagine there are people that were already traveling to the area.

Edit: Not trying to be funny or anything, but seriously, I was concerned about the state of the body as far as a 'public viewing' is concerned. Guys been out for a week now, sure there was some rough stuff going on in the two hours total spent trying to revive him. Two autopsies. We all know MJ had skin and nose issues, and unless his own makeup artist does work on the body I was imagining that it wasn't going to be a pretty sight. Maybe that had something to do with it.

We could be arguing the fact all night whether he was guilty or not guilty, and the only way it can be put is, we weren't there when these things happened, we could say it for the rest of our lives MJ is guilty, and others saying no he's not blah blah, If you believe in god then he will be judged and if he was guilty of these crimes then he will burn in hell, if you don't believe in god then he is gone never to return and can never do these things again.

In laymen's terms he's dead, just let it go already.

Oh p.s to those who go tomorrow enjoy and if you can get some celeb signatures then ebay buyers will be bidding like crazy to get them off you lol

The man was ACQUITTED.How would you feel if your family member was wrongfully accused of the same thing and after they die i call him/her a pediophile and other hurtfull things?

Unless you have knowledge the general public doesnt then as far as you should be concerned he is INOCCENT.

The only person that knows if he actually is inoccent or guilty are God and MJ himself.

es the guy was weird, yes he was creepy, but he was found not guilty of child molestation. Whether or not it's true, not many people know for sure but what I would say is that people are opportunists around vast wealth. Anybodys head can be turned by the opportunity of getting millions from him.

If he did molest them then in the case of was it Jordi? Why did they take the money and run? Because of one of two reasons, they needed the money which makes their argument open to interpretation. Or they had no case to make.

If their son was molested do you really think the parent would accept the pay-off? I know of no parent who would do that.

MJ is/was innocent, yes he was weird, yes he was very naive, but he was innocent nontheless.

i also agree, his music and dancing were before his time, its sad he's gone... and to the other guy, i agree, he was still a kid at heart. when you are robbed of your child hood and forced into stardom it changes you and makes you grow up fast, so he was just trying to regain what he lost...
