damn 2k a day.... that's a lot of fun coupons! Smart move bulk importing products as well.... i haven't been able to do this method during the chinese new year ahhhh

I don't stock items too much. I don't have customers requesting refunds bc of delivery time because I state from the beginning that it will be 2-4 weeks and the shipping is free. The key is to be communicative.
By communicating with the customer. They have to ship the item back, once received then I will either credit the acct or ship out the new item.
Yea dude, this Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) is a BITTTTTTTTTTTTCH!!!!!! Def a pain and annoying.

Pretty nice, i've got an store for about 2 months now and even though i'm not doing as well as you i at least get something off of it without doing much work anymore (About $600 monthly). Just a quick question, can you divide the processors payments go through by percentage? As in, 70% bank, 30% paypal? That's what i mean. Mine is 100% paypal as that is the only payment option i've got setup.

If you are having shipping time issues , I would suggest go for forwarder service like hopshopgo / shopnship..etc you get the address in chinachina and they forward for small fee takes not more than 5/7 days

I'm Doing the same, our methods sound similar. Would be nice to share with you on my journey and see if theres any room for improvements

Update: I've really had no time at all to update and been waaaaayyy too busy to be on here. But I'm doing well still and just recently started implementing Pinterest ads. I'm soon starting a Wanelo store as well. I just need to get a bit better at Facebook ads and getting my CPC lower (ideally below $0.15/cpc).
Here's my sales screenshot attached. And yes, that's $137,800 in sales for the last 3 months. It's authentic, it's real and if you don't believe it I don't really care lol. I'm not selling anything or pitching anything and have no reason to fake it.
