REVIEW EXPERIENCE - THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE WEIRD

Dedicated Proxies: 10/10
Semi Dedicated Proxies: 3/10 - For the price his providing is really worth it.
Speed: 5/10 - Hit or miss connection and almost half of em normally fail to connect.
Virgin Ratio: ????? - I don't know because like I said I bought only after 1 week of release and he said these and I quote.
Used As Scraping: 3/10 - You have a quantity of proxies, they get ban on google search fairly fast. My dedicated proxies from other providers have no issue.
Support: 5/10 At first during their launch for the service everything is good, once they gotten a lil bigger things went down hill. Even my last tick support said was to referred to Stan, never actually got back to me.
"Are some of our ranges virgin IPs? Sure But we do resell proxies when other clients cancel their packages. It'd be foolish business-wise not to.
That being said, some proxies are 'fresh' - but we do 't give guarantees."
Stay away from this proxy provider if you're going to use them for social media accounts, if you're using them for emails, seo or churn & burn go ahead it might be useful. I'm not trying to trash this provider or anything, I'm saying my part of experience and my review on em. #nohardfeelings thanks for having me for 1 month Stan.

It tells me that in a way, you're disappointed but still care, and that's completely understandable! I'd like to react to a few things and then leave it at that. Not all reviews can and will be good reviews.
Thanks for the laurelling of our private proxies! They're still our mainstay product and what 80% of our customers currently use.
Now on to your main gripe: the semi-privates. The reason we branched out to include the semi-private proxies was to satisfy the need of some customers. To say that this has been a bumpy ride would be an understatement. In fact, it's not since this weekend that I'm personally happy with the performance of said proxies. There were a ton of problems that were all happening on the infrastructure level and I've been busy non-stop for the past 6 weeks to overcome these. Which is the reason why you feel that 'service went downhill'. It really hasn't, just my availability has. Someone else takes care of all the tickets these days and if I need to jump in for whatever reason, my response time has been slow, and this was the reason.
So they're stable now, finally, but your mileage may indeed vary with Instagram - the most fickle mistress of all. But for scraping, or any other social media platform they should work great, and the speed is amazing as well. They're consistently running at 3MB/s with us, and we test from another continent. With regards to Instagram: we never claimed that these were virgin Instagram proxies, ever. Those were our private ones (in the start, as you aptly added), not the semi-privates.
This discussion about virgins and everyone getting up in arms about that really needs to be put to rest: at the price you're getting our proxies, you can't expect virgins unless we tell you they will be. Virgin Instagram proxies will run you $3+ at other providers. That's why we don't tell / guarantee that any more. Some people will get virgins, others won't. We don't monitor what our customers do so we don't even know which IP is a virgin and which one isn't.
Now the request for virgins is a very in-demand thing. So we're going to deliver on that front! We are in fact setting up something where we will be able to provide every new customer with fresh new virgin proxies. But more on that when it's arrived!
Now I do have issues with your last statement:

It's wrong on many levels. But let me just say this: we take a lot of pride in Proxymillion. It means a lot to us, and you and all our customers are important to us. Will we screw up? Sure! We've got hundreds of active customers now. Many of whom started out small and have upgraded to thousands of proxies. Are they wrong? No! Are they churning and burning? No! Just because you've experienced something, or have an opinion, doesn't invalidate everyone else's that doesn't correspond with yours.
You really shouldn't talk down on them, or anyone for that matter.
Those 10/10 reviews are from people who love our proxies, love our prices, and love the way we treat them. Think for a second, if you hadn't been an early adopter of the semi-privates you yourself would've probably walked away a lot happier
Murphy's law states that what can go wrong, will go wrong. And with you it obviously has, but it's a fringe case. Let's say 1% has a bad experience. 1% of 50 is no-one. 1% of 500 is suddenly 5 people that feel the way you do. The only thing that all those 10/10 reviews are, is proof that we do pretty well
We screw up at times, and we certainly had our hurdles with the semi-privates, but we overcome them, push on, and never stop before everyone's as happy as possible. If you've read the full thread you know that Proxymillion's success took even us by suprise. We're working as hard as humanly possible to grow and optimize our product. It sometimes feels like building a ship while we're already on it, out at sea, in the rain, with big waves
I think we're doing a pretty good job so far if I may say so myself. Learning and improving on every front as we sail along!

Well you should get the invoice right away, and then your proxies will be delivered in 24 hours - usually a lot faster though!
