Buyers Beware: My NIGHTMARE experience with this seller
With regrets I must write this negative review. I don't want to spend my limited time doing so, but feel the need to warn other potential buyers. Take this review for what it is - it's only my experience and not necessarily indicative of all interactions with this seller.
What Happened
I contacted the seller with questions about ordering a 2k-3.5k word piece. I needed their Tier 3 (highest quality content) web conetent, priced at .025/word, or $25/1000. I asked for samples and was shown samples that looked good. The seller offered a 1st time buyer discount, I sent $75 along with some keywords I wanted, along with a rough structure of how the article should flow, including sample headlines and bullet points.
The First Problem
The seller emailed the content a few days later. I was immediately concerned with the quality. It did not appear to be written by a native speaker. This was apparent from the word choice, syntax structures, and the general "feel" of the piece. The writer had little to no grasp on English colloquialism and this was glaringly obvious. The piece also did a poor job of highlighting the pros of the niche, and actually cited multiple reasons NOT to buy it. He also completely ignored my suggested article structure.
I immediately contacted the seller.
I asked if he would be revising the writing or issuing a refund. He assured me that the same writer who wrote the samples I'd approved of had written my article, and asked for some sample sentences that were of poor quality. He neglected to answer my question of how he would be handling the issue. Pretty much every single sentence was of unacceptable quality - I sent back 5 examples along with how they should be revised.
Once nearly 24 hours had elapsed and I hadn't heard anything, I emailed again, noting that if I was not given an answer, I'd be requesting a refund. As soon as I sent that email, he got back in touch. He avoided answering my questions about why quality was so poor and why the article seemed to be written by a non native speaker.
His response:
"May be the Writer would have Distracted from the topic as it was too long. Now, I understand that 3.5k words is a big task, but if he doesn't have writers capable of handling these jobs, he shouldn't take them on.
The Revision He Sent
He sent about 1200 words and asked me to sign off on the article. I responded by saying that I would not sign off on the article without seeing the entire thing. This would seem logical, as he'd (above) told me that the length of the article had given his writer problems. I read part of the article and was immediately confronted by the same issues as in the first one: it felt like it was written by a non-native speaker due to poor word choice, syntax, colloquial sense, sentence structure, etc. etc.
I asked for a refund
And Then He Stopped Responding
Well, no surprise there. He stopped responding, I filed a paypal dispute. The next day I contacted him again on Skype, hoping for a quick refund. When I told him that I'd be posting negative feedback in this thread, he magically started responding again. No surprise there :/.
He told me he would refund me in exchange for not posting negative feedback.
This is a completely blatant attempt at bribery. Being that the service he provided was horrendous, and he was unable to remedy it, he should have provided the refund immediately. Instead, he chose to try to gag me when I told him that I'd be posting about my experience. Not cool. See Skype transcript and Screenshots:
[4/8/2016 1202 AM] David C: Where's my refund?
[4/8/2016 1256 AM] David C: I'm going to be posting about my experience in detail on the BHW forum. Including if you drag your heels rightfully refunding the money I paid for PREMIUM TIER 3 CONTENT. If you refund me now, I'll say that refunding wasn't too much of a pain.

[4/8/2016 1224 AM] David C: Other members should Know that you delivered me poor content, twice, and tried to pass it off as premium
[4/8/2016 1230 AM] content knight: Because I already tried my best. I used my native writer and you are not satisfied with it.
[4/8/2016 1232 AM] David C: I wish I'd Known as much
[4/8/2016 1257 AM] David C: I appreciate that you tried your best, but this is business. It's not about trying. It's about delivering what you promise to deliver
[4/8/2016 1226 AM] content knight: Mate I already paid to my writer but Still I am refunding you whole amount. But if you are not posting anything then I will refund you full.

So What Happened Next - Did He Refund Me As Promised?
Nope. He delayed issuing a refund, and delayed issuing a refund - he kept returning to the issue of this negative albeit honest feedback. Once I made it clear that I would indeed be posting about my experience and would not be intimidated, he decided not to issue a refund! Big surprise! due to Paypal's terms of service, I'm not able to get a refund on intangible goods, and instead have to file a chargeback with my bank. So. Much. Fun. So avoid this guy like the plague. There are plenty other legit options in the marketplace.
