I got the 'free trial' but it made me pay straight away on the direct payment and there's no way through the site or paypal to refund. This is probably around day 3 of the trial and I would like to cancel. Can you guys please cancel this for me? (refund that month's payment). My username is support AT jyushipepper.com

I Just wanna say thanks to MassP creators. I earned alot using this, and whenever i need help, they reply me really fast. Also they updating their soft often. I recommend this to everyone, and im really not advertising this. Keep going Massp team

there is no difference between the trial version and the full one, you might not have enough sources added for the comment tools, just add some more.
There is no way to delay the payment with direct payment, that works only with subscription ( paypal rules) however if you look at how much time you have you will see there's a month +5 days, so you still got the first 5 days free, you can ask for a refund any time during those days and we will honor it, just write to support about it( you can do that either from the site on from within the software - dashboad - contact support)

We've added the connection feature, it's in the profile viewer tab, there's a checkbox mid settings where it says "send connection request to profiles".
No, the account creator is not included in the IG edition and it's also not listed among the features you get with it. The reason is that it's not actually a marketing tool, rather an account creation one.

I have just extended my license to 6 more months yesterday.
I need your help in this one.
I am running twitter account project.
I want to tweet 25 tweets per day ( 20 without links or images and 5 with my website link) so that it doesnt look spam.
so basically i want to tweet 4 without link and 1 with link tweet out of 5 .
How to do that?
Is it possible?

So I'll keep it short, I'm very happy with MP after 4 days of using it with FB and Twitter. Still learning how to use all the functions but I can see how much of a time saver this is, and like I said, still haven't used all the functions.
If it only saves you 1 hour a week, isn't your time worth more than $10-$17 per month? ($17 for me bc I got the IG version).
Also, support has been great and from all the journey threads I've read, it seems like the majority of IMs go with Mass Planner and now I know why.

I thought you paid $10 per month and you get all platforms, including IG. Do you have to pay extra to get IG?

The $10 version gives you some but now all IG features. It's called the MP IG edition or something like that. It also unlocks the unlimited accounts feature and one of the Facebook features, I forget what that's called. I eventually just see myself paying for all the extensions and subscribing to the 6 month deal.

Just create 2 different campaigns, with one post the 20 without link and with one post the 5 with links.

You get IG as well, most of the features like follow/unfollow and so on, you don't get Ig posting though, that is an extra module.

Not sure what you mean by that, we don't have youtube as a platform, you can post youtube links though.

I am the only one who has some issues using Mass Planner?
Usually Auto follow does not work properly.When I choose to copy followers from other IG account,it litterally does nothing.
When i choose to follow using hastahgs,normally it goes well..
I have tried it on win7,win10 same problem.
Any thoughs?
