If anyone on BHW tries to sell you anything that they say is 100% safe - run the other way.
This is Black Hat World, and purchased links are never 100% safe.
It's as safe as a public network can be.
But if you're not familiar with or comfortable with what you're purchasing, we'd recommend you look elsewhere.
