What if i bought the Vba, added it to my paypal, would I be able to withdraw my funds? I have added my debit card and my account is verified, not banned or anything else. I live in Estonia, where paypal withdrawal is not possible without US bank account. Would I even be able to add the VBA i'll buy to my verified paypal account?

Beware of conmen offering you paypal and ebay solutions after posting on this thread, they are pitching anyone who post on SecondEye's thread - they send you a private message then con you by offering you paypal or ebay accounts. SecondEye is legit, anyone else sending you a PM is probably a CONMAN and will STEAL your money if you let them. eb-stealth website is certainly a conman - do not buy from them.
