Update: Received the full amount of followers I ordered today, about 5 days after I placed the order. Many of the followers do not have profile pictures, but some are real people actively using twitter and I saw many of them tweeting that their accounts had been hacked or asking support for help revoking a third party app. I lost about 150 followers shortly after I received the full amount and I'm guessing it is those users who are unfollowing.
