Sergey - thank you so very much for answering all of my questions and for providing samples which by the way looked great - happy to inform anybody reading this thread and unsure about the service they will receive that i've have placed my first order as a result of all the pre-sales attention i was given (3 or 4 emails over a 24hour period requiring some detailed answers that a lot of suppliers may have felt were superfluous)

Everything works fine right now. There were minor problems with our hosting but everything is back to normal.

Hi OP. I would like to know if you can build a specific niche pbn sites (I'm interested in 10-20 sites, but I'll start with one to test the service) for Italian language. I have some other questions:
1) can you build a specific (provided by me) niche PBN sites for Italian language?
2) can you use (5-6) different hosting providers, if I buy 20 sites with the hosting?
3) can you use Italian hosting provider?
4) can you use (5-6) different registrars, if I buy 20 sites?
5) if you find .net .com .org tdl domains with good metrics, can you make sure they had previous Italian content (via Wayback Machine)?
6) can I have some sample, please?

i wanted to give some feedback for people considering this service from the perspective of somebody who is a paying customer of this service and to offer my praise to sergey and his team for the first rate job they have done.
to give a little bit of background, i have never used a pbn service before so i did a lot of research on potential suppliers before opening up a dialogue with sergey and after he spent a fair bit of time answering questions i had, i decided he was the man for me and i proceeded with my order.
i was looking for a specific 'business theme' to the website he was going to build for me so there was a little bit of back and forth communication before i chose the domain name and metrics he offered to me that suited my business niche and within a very short period of time (approx 48/72 hours, i cant remember exactly), i had received a spreadsheet containing details for hosting / domain registrar / email account he had used, along with all relevant passwords and of course, the pbn itself.
ive got to tell you now that the pbn delivered to me is OUTSTANDING and surpasses everything i was hoping for from a supplier i had never used before.
logo design instantly creates the impression of a legit business. layout and other details including several appropriate and relevant images all add to the feel that this is a legit business website and consequently, i am very very happy with the quality of the finished product and overall professionalism of the service i received and considering i've had problems with other suppliers from BHW recently, i can wholeheartedly tell you now that sergey and his team have my 100% endorsement as trustworthy, reliable and dependable.
