I have a few years experience with both incentive and non-incentive CPA but I took a break for a while and now I am returning again and would like to try out CrackRevenue for adult offer promotions. I have some ideas on mind but I DO NOT currently own any domains. I want to know whether I will be accepted without any domains. I will definitely get domains and set up my campaigns, if I am accepted.

It appears you put down you were looking to promote 'educational' offers in your application.
We're an adult network. We only have Adult offers and adult verticals available for promotion.

But yes, we definitely work with affiliates every day without websites of their own (and we accept them into our network, too). So nope, owning a website isn't a prerequisite to doing business with us.
If you don't have a URL of your own, we just ask that you provide us with A LOT of detail in the application on how you'll be generating traffic and promoting our offers.

You guys aren't good at all. I tried getting an account twice, but I was turned down.

This is the third time since i try to sign up an account on your site.
Everytime i got the technical error such as: it showed i can type wrong format (i do know how to type words) ...
Everytime i can not complete the sign up steps. I'm so tired.
And this time it show this error
Ps: i try for many browsers not one, so plz help me, i really want to join your network cause i got many ideas to do.
