1) Should I use different IP for each account? or is deleting cookies etc enough?
I prefer use different proxies for each account.

2) How many questions/answers per day from each account to stay under radar?
I would suggest 30-40 answers with links and 10 without links to keep the account under radar

3) Besides questions and answers for promotion purpose should I answers real questions as well? You know to make it seems more natural.
I think answering old questions ranking on Google would be very much beneficial than answering fresh posted questions.

I ordered a level 3 and for the first couple of days the links were not clickable. I talked to the seller on skype and was told to wait a couple of days. I did and sure enough the links are clickable now. I was a little worried at first, but even when they weren't working the seller was responding on skype so that was reassuring. I used to play on YA, and I got great traffic. But the moderating and deleting of accounts was annoying.

You say their moderation has gotten lower. Are you able to post links to the same site over and over, or what are you doing to stay under the radar?
