Is there a way to add images from a local folder?

Currently not, because to post articles with images to the target sites, you need to upload them to somewhere first. I suggest that you upload the images to some services like flickr first and then use them in your articles.

Aslo when i try run a wizard with 4 profiles then its doing only one.

I used this and liked this very much this is one of the best seo tools for making Tier1 and Tier2 links. Very easy to use and very powerful. Also the idea of running it from your own server and access it remotely from anywhere is brilliant! You can easily post to over 1500 sites in NO TIME!

BTW, it is important guys, please use 2captcha.com for Google No Captcha if you can, DBC costs a lot more for Google No Captcha, and what's more important, the accuracy of DBC's No Captcha solutions is very bad compared to 2captcha.

He can't charge you twice you had to have set up both subscriptions. Cancel the one you don't want and I'm sure OP will take care of the extra charges. IMO a dispute wasn't necessary.
