In truth dude I can see this benefiting a noob, you already know the keyword is low comp so you need less links and it's going to be more forgiving. But unless you know the basics of SEO (on page especially) it won't help you too much. If you're website is shit it will not rank for anything.
If you want to buy one, go for it. I'm sure you will see some value but I'd advise you to spend your money on building a couple of micro-niche sites and learning the basics of keyword research, website building, content and on page SEO before you would see the true value of this product.
It's your choice, I wouldn't buy it though if I were you and I'm just being honest. How many sales people do you see telling you not to give them money...

After payment I got the report in no time I mean IN NO TIME!Less than 30 minutes after I got my keyword with the included PDF.
Of course everything looks to good to be true but it is so stop bitching and put some money away and buy something for Gods sake.
Already working on a Amazon site and after only 2 days already got over 10 visits/day and no SEO or promoting done.Not even a single Facebook post.
Just looking for a good SEO Package to throw at it and make back my $100 which might return to Ste for more keywords.

I feel scammed. Ste delivered a kick ass keyword, a kick ass document explaining everything and what to do with it, but he forgot to attach my Rand Fishkin doggy style with a panda photo. Wtf? Depends how good you are at building sites and SEO.
I'm confident you would see a "quicker than usual" ROI but I don't know your skills or talents.
I could lie and say 2 weeks, fucking hell it might even turn out true. But I'd rather just be honest.
If it normally takes you 3 months to rank a site from scratch, I would suggest 2 months for results but again, I'm guessing and speculating.
