I've got a serious problem with Italian Pin Submit's offers. They doesn't work. When try to promote my shorturl (cpa ly something) it tooks me to an error page saying "ADIF not allowed".
I contacted your support team 2 weeks ago and they told me that they will fix the problem. But they didn't do.

We've received a lot of questions regarding mobile offers and I wanted to leave a post with some reminders and information.

- An app lead require that the user download, install and launch the app at the least. We detect any immediate uninstalls or instances where someone completes a download then does not install.

- Only FREE apps will be displayed by default.

- We have non-incentive apps for use via display or app integration.

- You can disable the app component and elect to show mobile optimized offers that are not apps.

- It is highly recommended that you monitor your success with specific apps. Our system will optimize for you but it is common for some apps to perform extremely well for you while others do not perform as well. You can set limits or disable as you wish via our dashboard.

- Postbacks are in realtime but can take a minute or two since the user needs to download then install.

Content Locking in particular isn't a perfect fit for "all" websites and types of content. For example, it wouldn't be a good fit for a blog as you wouldn't want to lock access to blog articles unless they were special. I would suggest using our non incentive offers for that.

However, Content Locking works with a lot of different content.

a) I tried signing up and even passed Phone Verification, but after that when I click "next step" it just refreshes the page and never moves on from there. Any advice?

b) Is it okay if I use your offers but using my content locker? Only because I have other plans to use the tier 3 traffic that comes along with it.

Regarding the content locker, I just want to accept tier 1 traffic only so I already have the solution for that. However, I am interested in the offers you guys have to produce some quality leads for your advertisers. Let's see how it works out!
