If you rented a room out with a couple of guys,you could use it for like 6 months of rent.
Mind you,am talking about good quality flats.

In Bangalore city, in a better area, as a tenant, you pay minimum INR 6k monthly rent for a small single room (which he mentions) with attached toilet and no kitchen, and you pay around INR 14k+ monthly rent for a 1 or 2 BHK apartment. You also need to pay a one-time deposit initially, which is roughly 8-10 times the rent.

So it is literally a single room? Not an apartment? Wow i thought he meant, get a couple of guys to pay rent together for an flat or apartment but share ONE room?
