Damn I was tempted until I got half way down the page and it said 'pbn with 15 obl', whats white hat about that? and then even worse 'be assured that the tactics we use is following google guidelines that google loves and designed to be future safe'. Shocking for a mod, not fair on the noobs who might believe it when/if their legit businesses websites get penalized

Thank you 1mroenoob for a good question. We will add it in FAQ.
PBN's are not very safe agreed. That is why we offer and advice our client to pass them through web 2.0 buffers instead of pointing directly to site where there are slight chances of getting penalised. We haven't mentioned this in sales page since we wanted to keep the options open for those who want to point directly at site. But our PBN is of highest quality and they look like legit sites which are built to pass manual review.
So your question is answered. With the web2 buffers this service remains completely white hat !
