why do you want to buy one ? Make a new one is very easy !!
you can follow this guide except two things :
- you don't need to buy new couputer and new router, just make a new user account on your computer, and use another browser
- instead of buy proxy, vpn,vps..etc... just use Tethering function of your mobile phone (must be never used to connect your banned account!!), it is easy to setup
So you can skip step 1, 2 and 3

I am interested in getting some info about this. Mine and my mom's Amazon buyer accounts were recently closed because my uncle used our accounts to purchase more than the maximum allowed quantity of Amazon fire sticks. I tried to appeal the decision because none of those purchases were mine and I had no idea what he was doing. He just asked me to use my account and I didn't think twice about it. I don't need multiple stealth accounts or anything for selling purposes. I literally just need an account to purchase things on. I had mine for years without a single issue before this and they wouldn't reverse their decision. Can anyone help?

i have a few questions.
1.why do u down the location and Zip code with the proxy? if u use VPS,it has its ip.

2.why do u use google voice for sms&phone? it is cheaper than magic jack.

3.about bank account you could use worldfirst or payoneer.

1 you have to use zip code in relation with your ip
2 google voice is not good for Amazon, it is better to buy a cheap simcard
3 you can use but not in all countries

Interesting. How do you think Amazon is able to figure out the router's Mac Address? I currently run multiple Facebook/Google Accounts in my VMs with private proxies - are they of risk of being banned for being on the same router ? Appreciate your time for helping us out!

they can not see mac adress. the only way they could do, would be to install a kind of malware on your computer but this is not legal

can use whatever ip you want as long as it is dedicated and fresh
