So when you say fully verified US accounts what does this mean. In order to get a US account you have to enter tax information that is verified with the IRS so it has to be accurate and they mail a pin number to the address on file. So are you providing all this or are you just setting up an account and getting it approved which will let you serve ads but you cant get paid until you enter tax info and address to get pin which happens after the account earns $10
