You agreed and said you were cool with the settlement, we talked about everything in private, there is no reason for you to post this BS over here especially since we settled it.

All my clients can backup my words that i'm legitimate.If you had any problems with me you could of skyped me instead but considering you were good and we settled it i'll ask you to remove this commentary that is misleading.

No dude, you're not legitimate. You totally screwed me last year on a batch of 10 accounts worth $15k total who all were banned before I even touched them. You didn't believe me I didn't touch them yet, hence no refund.

You have nothing to warn people about, we could have talked about it in private and solve it, by the way the time you talk about is when FB did a massive hit and everyone i knew got hit, so it wasn't anything i could prevent. Thanks

1. No, they aren't preloaded with any money, you have to fund it. Due to the accounts being new with no history, there shouldn't be problems with your billing.

If they are new with no history how do they reached on higher level? As far as I know facebook start with $25 threshold balance.

Yeah the new ones start at that threshold, even the old ones do, depends if it had any spent but i think you're talking about 2013 accs that started at $500 or more.

I would advise against buying from this guy. He only sells +2 accounts although he has no reviews at all and when you deny his offer he will keep bugging you. A complete waste of time! OP might be a scammer.
